(TKL) is a dynamic and innovative education professional development provider and a global online network of educators built on an integrated foundation of research, content, technology, and services. Our products and services combine the world of technology with face-to-face, job-embedded professional development and education resources.
 
We do this by using best practices and resources that draw on the knowledge of researchers and practitioners who have had extensive years of experience in the field of K-12 education. Our purpose being, the continuous professional growth of educators across the world and the need to ensure that all students meet high academic standards—while learning the practical skills necessary for success in the 21st century.
 
Teach N' Kids Learn Inc. provides K-12 educators just-in-time access to powerful instructional support and resources that are delivered through powerful educational on-line support as well as with on-site professional development and instructional support delivery models. 

We understand that the fundamental factor to improving classroom instruction is through the teacher’s ability to meet students where they are and take them to where they need to be. This requires teachers to continue fine tuning their knowledge and skills in order to achieve the professional goals required to meet the demands of today's classrooms.
 
In practice, improving student outcomes is challenging. What’s more, getting and sustaining results can be complicated and takes a cohesive plan that addresses key needs. Teach N' Kids Learn (TKL) is an education partner unlike any other. We look to collaborated with districts and states to ensure real change takes place, meeting the needs of students, teachers, and administrators.
 
Teach N’ Kids Learn Inc. has developed a specialized set of professional development program and products to help transform the culture of teaching on a global scale. Currently our products and services are as follows:
 

The Classroom Instructional Improvement (Ci2) Protocol™ application is the first suite of interactive instructional observation tools containing professional development content delivered through a handheld tablet device (i.e. Apple iPad) for ease of use. The Ci2 Protocol™ application was created to support teachers’ professional growth and instructional leadership practices. Teach N’ Kids Learn Inc. built and designed Ci2 Protocol™, a classroom observation tool, to provide feedback to teachers regarding methods for refining instructional practice as well as professional development on-demand.

 
 
The mission of our School Improvement Initiative (SI2) program is to help ensure that every child—in every school, in every classroom—has equal access to an exceptional education. With this goal in mind, we seek to provide instructional leaders with the tools, resources, and training they need to promote professional learning at the classroom level, based on a consistent, research-based vision of instructional quality.
 

The School Improvement Initiative (SI2) program provides intensive support for teachers and instructional leaders in “underperforming” schools to help these schools achieve aggressive annual yearly progress (AYP) goals. We believe the path to improvement is through the teacher. We work with the school leadership team to identify key instructional gaps, align instructional resources, and apply research-based strategies to drive results. Our proven diagnostic tools, data-driven planning, and research-based professional development are all focused on improving the quality of instruction and student learning.
 
The Mathematics Improvement Initiative (MI2) professional development program is specialized to help schools and districts improve instruction and achievement within mathematics. Within the overall Mathematics Improvement Initiative (MI2) comprehensive program we have developed three targeted offerings to address the need for supporting in-depth content math fidelity and pedagogical fidelity.  As well as the special needs of students with limited English proficiency.
 

Common Core State Standards Professional Development Services - Educators are searching aggressively for resources and support with the Common Core State Standards, initiated by many states and districts across the United States, who are beginning their work on implementing these national standards into their instruction, assessment and curriculum strategies.

We at Teach n’ Kids Learn Inc. are often asked questions related to the frustration that schools and districts are having in finding services and resources to support their teachers with the transition to the Common Core Standards. As the creators of the Classroom Instructional Improvement (Ci2) Protocol for Mathematics and the Mathematics Improvement Initiative (Mi2) professional development program we have been focused on providing a wide range of affordable and effective resources.

 
Advanced Concept Development Sessions (ACD): “To be effective, teachers must know and understand deeply the mathematics they are teaching and be able to draw on that knowledge with flexibility in their teaching tasks. – National Council of Teachers of Mathematics NCTM” 
 
Program Quality Inventory for Mathematics (PQI): The PQI is a data-driven approach to assist teachers, schools, and districts improve their mathematics instructional program, and as a result, student achievement in mathematics. This program improvement system is also utilized to provide coaching and professional growth opportunity goals are determined. 
 
Transcending the Language Barrier of Mathematics: As the number of English Language Learners (ELL) increases in schools across the country, more and more teachers find themselves in need of instructional strategies for supporting English Language Learners (ELL) in their mathematics classroom. This program has been developed specifically as a professional learning opportunity that brings those strategies to where they have the greatest impact, the classroom.  
 
 
Interactive technology has created new and exciting online possibilities for the teaching profession.  With this in mind Teach N' Kids Learn Inc. (TKL) has developed a global educators' portal/website that combines both the professional and social network attributes that are prevalent throughout the internet.  This new online product is called EdK-12.com.
 
This site offers free membership to all educators that are either English and/or Spanish speakers. EdK-12.com seeks to break the traditional isolation of the classroom and by providing a supportive network focused on informing, connecting and bridging communication between and for educators through the globe!
